Refund policy

RETURN POLICY: 

Items marked on sale or used with coupon codes are FINAL SALE.

We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY postmarked within 10 days from the date you receive your order. However, returned products that arrive damaged will NOT be credited. All returned merchandise must be in the original package. 

Damage claims must be reported within 7 days upon receiving your order. Photographs of damaged merchandise are required to receive credit, you can email them to plainsflowers@yahoo.com.

All clothing items must be unworn and unwashed.
